Synchronise your HRIS with Popwork 🔄

Good news for HRs! We're delighted to announce you can now synchronise your HRIS or user provisioning tool with Popwork, for a simplified and automated management of your users’ data.

What are the benefits?

  • Easy integration: roll out Popwork quickly, thanks to automatic user and organisational chart uploads.
  • Time-saving: No need to manually manage user information in Popwork. Employee entries, exits, team and manager changes are automatically updated. 
  • Data accuracy: Your employee information is consistent and harmonised across systems, with no duplication or human errors.

Less manual administration means you can focus on what really matters: supporting your teams in their development. 

To activate this integration for your account, reach out via Popwork chat, and we'll be happy to answer your questions and support you through the integration process!

A feedback assistant, powered by AI ✨

Choosing the right words, not knowing how to begin, or fearing you might not express yourself clearly—giving feedback can be challenging. That's why we've introduced a new AI-powered feature to help you write feedback with ease.

How it works:

  • Ask for writing assistance: In the text box for writing your feedback, you can select the “Help me draft my feedback with AI” option.
  • Give some context: In response to the bot's question “What's the main message you want to deliver?”, try to explain in a few words what you'd like to share. Specify whether you want advice or suggestions for written feedback.  
  • Use or adapt feedback suggestions: Feel free to ask for new suggestions if they don't fit, or adjust them to suit your style or the situation.

The tips are based on all the management and feedback advice from Popwork and a few specialists we've chosen.

This is a real plus for sharing better feedback and helping recipients to receive it better: better formulated feedback is always better understood and accepted. 

The feature is already available to all Popwork users on request! 

React or comment on feedbacks received on Popwork 💬

It's now possible to react or comment on the feedback you receive whether to acknowledge, thank, clarify a point or exchange further. Make your feedback even more fluid and interactive, by providing clarifications or initiating dialogue based on the feedback you receive.

How does it work? 

It's very simple! Place your cursor over the feedback you wish to react to or add a comment to, and choose one of the two options. The sender of your feedback will be notified of your reaction or added comment. 

New indicators to track your company's feedback culture 📊

New indicators are now available in your Company space to help you more accurately measure the feedback culture within your organisation.

You have access to more detailed data, including:

  • The breakdown of the types of feedback shared by your teams, between congratulations, encouraging and development messages.
  • The evolution of the number of feedbacks shared and of 1:1s between managers and employees, to ensure that they are regular.

This new data will give you a clearer and more precise overview of your teams' commitment to feedback and regular discussions.
