Team member AI insights
You can now generate AI-powered insights on Popwork to better understand your team members.
Our new insights enable managers to:
- Track weak signals of sentiment and workload
- Identify employee strengths and areas needing attention
- Spark the right conversations and implement the right actions
AI should not replace team leadership, but it can enhance it.
To use Popwork’s new AI-powered insights to better understand your team member over the past 3, 6 or 12 months, simply:
- Go to one of your team members workspace
- Click on the Insights tab
- Choose the desired time period and click Generate Insights
New Popwork menu
We have redesigned Popwork’s menu for a simpler and more people-focused experience.
The new menu is:
- People -focused with less information and your team members front and center
- Collapsable to help you focus on the content that matters
- Customized per profile with an easy switch to the Company menu for Admins
Updated action items
We have polished the look and feel of our action items view.
The new look includes:
- A cleaner interface
- New color for completed actions
- Better visuals for due date and comments
