New year, new management practices ✨

To help you drive and monitor great management practices in your company, we have added 2 new features: a new company management practices dashboard and a monthly email report.

New company management practices dashboard 📊

We have enriched the company dashboard with a brand new tab on management practices

With this new dynamic report, HR and admins benefit from unique visibility into teams’ management practices thanks to the 1:1 meetings and shared feedback indicators.

The new dashboard enables admins to monitor:

  • The number of 1:1 meetings per employee
  • The number of feedback items shared by managers to employees

These indicators and their evolution can be consulted at the company, team or employee level.

Put an end to subjectivity and lack of visibility into management practices! With this new dashboard, HR and leaders can transparently track managerial practices across teams and be alerted in case of difficulties.

New Popwork company management practices dashboard

In order to simplify the interpretation of these indicators, a color code has been added:

  • 1:1 meetings
    • More than 1 meeting per employee per month - Green
    • Between 0.5 and 1 meeting per employee per month - Light Green
    • Less than 0.5 meeting per employee per month - Red
  • Feedback
    • More than 1 feedback per employee per month - Green
    • Between 0.5 and 1 feedback per employee per month - Light Green
    • Less than 0.5 feedback per employee per month - Red

Finally, admins benefit from proactive alerts management practices with the list of employees who have not completed any 1:1 meetings during the period.


Monthly email report 

Starting from February, Popwork admins will receive a monthly email recap in the first week of each month summarizing the main indicators of their company.

Key figures of engagement and managerial practices, evolution since the previous month, leaders and HR can get a sense of the managerial health of their organization in a glance.

If necessary, a single click is all it takes to analyze the data in the dynamic Popwork dashboard for a deeper analysis.

In the coming weeks, many new features are to come including the addition of the Objectives tab in the Company dashboard.
